Bill has 14 years experience in the property industry as both an agent and principal. A Chartered Surveyor, he started his career at Fuller Peiser with 7 years in occupational and development agency specialising in the industrial and office markets. As well as advising both occupier and landlord clients on leasing and sales, Bill was responsible for advising Institutional and Development clients on new Industrial schemes throughout the south east.

In 1997 Bill joined Colliers Erdman Lewis (now Colliers CRE) to take up an investment role – focussing on the industrial and offices sectors, and was promoted to Associate Director of the company in 1999. As well as advising on the purchase and sale of numerous standing investments Bill gained considerable experience in development funding and substantial portfolio purchases, Bill being responsible for constructing the complex geared cash-flow analysis on Excel.

In February 2002 Bill joined the dynamic Milton Group team to work closely with Charles and was responsible for sourcing new investment acquisitions. During his time at Milton Bill was responsible for securing the "off-market" purchase of a new but part-vacant industrial estate in Sheffield which, on completing further lettings, was subsequently sold to the John Lewis Pension Fund, releasing a significant profit.

Bill’s experience has given him the opportunity to develop a substantial contact base both regionally and in the London markets enabling Cranmer Investments to source new opportunities from "far and wide".

Bill lives in London but likes to spend most weekends sailing on the Solent.
