Cranmer Investments is a privately-owned property company specialising in the commercial property investment and development market in the UK.

Cranmer was founded in October 2003 by Charles Lambie and Bill Mellstrom, who had previously been together at The Milton Group, where Charles had been Managing Director.

Given their combined market knowledge, experience, network of contacts and ready sourcing of funding Charles and Bill set up Cranmer Investments to exploit the many opportunities available in the market to the benefit of themselves and their Investment Partners.
